We are almost there! The weekend is finally within our grasp. This was my first week back since Winter Break, and I must say it has been a struggle! I thought it would only take me a day or two to readjust, but that hasn’t been the case. But thankfully the weekend is right around the corner and I couldn’t be happier about it.
With the first week back to work, I really felt the need to feel as cozy and comfy as possible. I have been living in sweaters this week, and I must say that the whole “sweater vibe” has even inspired me to give myself some extra pampering. I actually took a bath that was a little piece of heaven last night. I am talking about the whole deal: candles, bath bombs, bubbles, bath salts, relaxing music, and I even brought my essential oil diffuser in the bathroom too! I can’t even remember the last time I felt that relaxed. We forget to take care of ourselves. I think we should make an effort this New Year to make sure we give ourselves some extra love. Because if we love ourselves, we can better love and serve others.
